Hi friends Please don?t buy the One Plus products the very very worst service that I ever gone through, I bought the One Plus X phone on 22nd Feb 2016 through Amazon, after the 12th day the problem was started, the phone automatically gone to no interruption mode (can?t hear the Ringing or Message tone) and I was tried to resolve it but I can?t then I call the One Plus Customer care for help and I was followed their instructions but again the problem was not resolved and they told me to give their Authorized service centre. The next day I went to the One Plus X authorized service centre Guindy, Chennai, and from there I got the shock and they told me that the problem in the mother board then I call immediately to the Amazon customer care for replacement but unfortunately the return policy within 10 days only. again I call the One Plus Customer Care Service and they told me to give the phone to service since it?s in the warranty period, as per the instruction I hardened over the phone to their authorised service centre for the service of my New Mobile Phone and till date the problem is not been resolved, whenever I call the One Plus Customer care the only answer I will get by end of the day the service engineer will call You, but till date I am not getting the call back from One Plus support and mobile still in the service centre only now it more than 21 days I am running behind this people but no result.
PLEASE DON?T BUY THE ONE PLUS PRODUCTS

Not a value for money at all

I am a blackberry user for the past 6 years and I decided to move to Android because of this whole app craze around. And many of my friends going ga-ga about android. So I saw this phone on Amazon and was completely bowled over with the looks and the specs of it. Plus it was an Android phone. I received an invite soon after I signed up and got it delivered in a day, thanks to Amazon. I was completely awestruck with the phone's design. It is a great piece of art, it's sleek, looks classy....something I can flaunt. But soon my happiness was turned upside down. It has a very very poor battery power. I use a blackberryZ3 and believe me even after 1.5 years it comes for 2 days with me doing the usual activities (I listen to music the whole day, chat, talk, etc.) But OnePlusX (OPX) morning 9 i charge and by evening 5, the battery is already 15%. And then the next 15 mins, it's 2% X-( very annoying!!! I thought maybe a week later I will get adjusted and I was not very happy with the security features. It was so vulnerable. I didn't have the same confidence feeding in information that I had with BB. A week later, I had returned the phone!! Also, the proximity sensor didn't work all the time. All of a sudden during a call, keys/numbers were getting pressed. The Radio's user interface is very confusing and unlike BB it doesn't have a way to favorite the radio station. I have to give it to OPX for the camera. The camera is really powerful provided the lighting around is balanced. It doesn't give great results in low lighting and doesn't possess any options inside the camera to edit the photo. You need Retrica or some app to give those effects to the photos.
All in all, I felt that BB gives the best-in-class user experience and out of the world security. I would still go with Priv because inspite of it being an android phone it has BB exclusive features overpowering like the Dtek app. Also, looks much cooler.

No words to express. Full marks for its looks, excellent build quality and smooth operation (OS). It is more than double the value for money you pay. Right from the factory fitted scratch proof to the tap gesture controls to the slim translucent cover packed in with the mobile. I wish it was shipped with earphones shipped along with it. The only cons are low light photography is not good but that is how low light photography is - realistic. I lost the charger adapter (not the charger cable), but i am so enamored by the Oneplus brand that I finally, I searched and got an original adapter for double the price of other adapters. I do not want to buy a Samsung adapter that is compatible for Oneplus X. Do I have to say more then? Pros, superb display, you would not want a better display than this because your eyes cant see the difference, viewing angles superb, it is crystal clear. I do not agree with NDTV bad point 'Questionable build quality'. Wish a bigger battery though.

Hmmmm, happened to see this. I am still using this after three years. I was hoping for One Plus X2 but unfortunately I think they don't have plans for one. Hope we get a 5 or 5.5 inch phone with same dimensions.
