Very bad experience on warranty support

I purchased one 42? 1+ TV at Trivandrum, an year along with additional 2 years extended warranty pack.
On December 15, 2021 my TV had some display problem and had registered a call on toll free number. On 17th Dec. Service engineer visited my place and informed that the problem is with the panel and it will be replaced in 7 working days.
I waited for 7 working days and again check my status at toll free number. It was informed that my call has been closed. So again they registered a new call with SO No 9212747892 .
Since today my call has not been attended. It?s almost 60 days left.
Now I am planning to buy a new TV (any other brand except 1+)
I sincerely request all my friends not to buy 1+ TV or recommend this product to your friends or relatives.

same problem is happened with me ,purchase on 31-5-22 first there engineer told about screen panal issue then 2nd enginner came after a week and said different issue,yet not resolve my issue.pl i requesting you dont buy one plus tv

Same happened with me. There was a pannel problem and the tv was in guarantee. On regular complaints and wasting so much time till this date they are just ignoring my complaints and lastly they said that you will get a new tv. But till this date I have recieved nothing from there end.

Today i bought a OnePlus tv and one of the one plus installation guy came home and got the tv installation done and he was saying OnePlus tv is not worth of buying and few customers where complaining that the tv was burnt in 6days of buying and he was trying to sell insurance for the tv and told u can buy the insurance and that will cover repair cost and any damages cost ...crazy people are working for OnePlus...😄😄

I purchased this TV from Unilet showroom Bangalore. After getting same delivered, one plus technician came immediately. But unfortunately TV was having some issues, hence it was not working. But One plus team promised me that they will replace same and they kept their words. Though there was some delay which is acceptable considering current weather situation of Bangalore. Also to keep their promise, they came at 9.30 p.m. with a new TV and install same. I must say thanks to Mr Prabhu and Mr Arun for their commitment and support.
TV quality is good, and we are enjoying same from past 2 days. Let?s hope for the best.
I feel it?s a good buy within budget.

i am using this product from last 45 days' have very bad experience with TV. Sound quality is very poor. and now on/off power button is not working properly. when we start main power switch then after 2 min on tv power switch. after 5-6 min picture showing on TV.

Koi mat lena one plus tv falutu me paisa barbad hoga chutya banane ke dhande hai 1year ka warranty dete hai 1.5sal me tv kharab hota hai west of money 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

2 weeks back raised the complaint tv is not working till now no technician was visited nor I have not received the cal I am calling with customer care every 3 days they are raising new ticket they are informing earlier ticket was closed and now I received a mail from customer care wait for another 7 to 10 working days for required investigating why technician was not visited to my place.
For God sake don't purchase OnePlus brand tv if you purchase this tv you will also sufferer as like me worst worst service.

I have purchased the one plus tv last year and with a spam of one year display of the tv got damaged from internally. Now when i asked for repair one associate said it will be done without any cost in 3-4 workings now after 8 days one person called me and said we will going to charge trasnsportation and service charge. Do they really think custom money is all about wasting.
What kind of quality do you guys use. Such an pathetic experience

Purchased the TV in September (50 inch). Mother board is defective 4th day. Been trying to get support since then almost daily basis. Everyday they promise it will be fixed and here i am in December after 3 months. still waiting. nightmare service. horrible company

My tv is under warranty . But nobody helps me I have talk many time to customer care but they have only tell me to wait.
what should I do now.................

I have purchase TV on May 2dn 2022 and in sept it was started giving issue and i putted the complaint on 5th sept, till today 20th sept they did not gave me any solution and also nonsense response coming up. even they write an email but failed to do repair two time on said time. ...please don't buy their TV,

I have purchased OnePlus y1s tv 7th April 2022 it has power on issues from 5august 2022 I have called customer service they send technician but after 2month no response they said that they have no spair parts.they are only selling tv box not tv.plese no one go to OnePlus tv.

I am a IT company Driver, I purchased One plus smart TV, when I purchased tv they have assured warranty within 10 months display gone but they are telling no warranty for display so I am recommending don't buy anything from this company even I am strongly advising to all the people. I still paying EMI for not working TV.

I bought a 50 inch tv couple of months back, it stopped working and after a struggle their technician visited and said that they will have to replace the tv or the pannel. I got tired of calling customer care but they don't have any solution for my problem other than saying wait for one more week.
I am totally disappointed with the after sale service of this company.
Will never buy any one plus product again.

Dont buy One plus TV as it stopped working after 3 months of Usage. Service guy is saying, panel has to be changed & it will take 7-10 working days. Heard from lots of people having similar issues. What is the use after paying such a big amount & suddenly stops working. Very bad experience

One plus TV is not at all worth buying. My TV stopped working after 3 months of usage & service centre guy is telling to change the panel
& this process will takes minimal 10-15 working days.
