  I purchased this TV from Unilet showroom Bangalore. After getting same delivered, one plus technician came immediately. But unfortunately TV was having some issues, hence it was not working. But One plus team promised me that they will replace same and they kept their words. Though there was some delay which is acceptable considering current weather situation of Bangalore. Also to keep their promise, they came at 9.30 p.m. with a new TV and install same. I must say thanks to Mr Prabhu and Mr Arun for their commitment and support. TV quality is good, and we are enjoying same from past 2 days. Let?s hope for the best. I feel it?s a good buy within budget.

• Very bad experience on warranty support

  I purchased one 42? 1+ TV at Trivandrum, an year along with additional 2 years extended warranty pack. On December 15, 2021 my TV had some display problem and had registered a call on toll free number. On 17th Dec. Service engineer visited my place and informed that the problem is with the panel and it will be replaced in 7 working days. I waited for 7 working days and again check my status at toll free number. It was informed that my call has been closed. So again they registered a new call with SO No 9212747892 . Since today my call has not been attended. It?s almost 60 days left. Now I am planning to buy a new TV (any other brand except 1+) I sincerely request all my friends not to buy 1+ TV or recommend this product to your friends or relatives.

  I am OnePlus mobile user. So I have fair idea about quality products that OnePlus delivers. That's why I was not hesitated and purchased Q1 model on day one.Got promotionnal offers like "₹3k discount + ₹5k Amazon pay casback + free Echo Dot speaker(₹2.5k)"TV got delivered next day and installation was carried out at the same time. Excellent delivery and absolutely no issues with installation.Recently got software updates and earlier issues like absence of MUTE button & NETFLIX are now sorted out.Excellent QLED picture quality !Excellent 50 watts audio !!Still few expectations from OnePlus like more apps, internet browser etc.But Overall EXCELLENT rating to maiden OnePlus TV from me..!!
