Don't buy this 1+ product , they have such a worst and negligence service.

We have purchased this tv and with in a span of 45 days , we noticed panel issues . It's been 2.5 month and there is no action taken against the product replacement. When ever you reach out to the customer care , they keep giving wrong promises that it is under progress or part not available or it is already dispatched and you are very close to your resolution. I'm so much frustrated hearing all this wrong promises . Friends please do let me know what action can be taken against them . Never ever buy this one plus product. I'm telling this with lot of experience with them. Hopeless team and hopeless company product.
