The OnePlus One was one of the biggest success stories of last year, if not in terms of sales numbers, then at least in terms of the recognition the phone gave to a fledgling startup that didn't even exist 20 months ago. The company set out to make a 'flagship killer' that offered high-end specifications at half the usual price, and delivered on that promise - at least on paper.

  • Good Gadget from One Plus
Narendra Kumar (Apr 24, 2016) on Gadgets 360
Oneplus Two is the only the fastest mobile phone in its price Range. Somewhere it is mentioned that fingerprint is slow but we have not felt like that as its working smooth if calibrated good. Its very much durable on shocks as well as in extreme conditions. After new 6.0 marshmallow update its like Boeing.

  • Bad mobile
Sam Krizz (Jun 9, 2018) on Gadgets 360 Recommends
suddenly gets hot although you're not using it in a hot summer or it's not charging, then you should pay attention. An overheating phone will lead to a faster battery draining or even cause the battery to explode, which is dangerous.

I've been using this phone for the past five months. Its doing great !! I'm an admirer of OnePlus and the phones they have launched. Camera quality is A W E S O M E !! FP Scanner is too good. Battery life is decent. Only problem is OS- OxygenOS was a bad choice. Rest of everything.. A wonderful phone !

  • Poor after sales service
Ashutosh Singh (Mar 5, 2018) on Gadgets 360
Hi, I Bought my OnePlus from invitation(Earlier it was like this), No doubt that Oneplus phones are awesome, But when it comes to servicing, It is very very poor. Oneplus really needs to improve the quality of service provided to Indian customers . Would like to share my experience :- My phone was getting rebooted automatically was getting over heated as well. I tried every troubleshooting step mentioned in the website but no good, So I went to OnePlus service center Seasons malls Pune, Submitted my phone(Ref:P50QJ5S) and was asked to collect the phone after a day or two(Although I insisted them to check now as I am staying 30 KM away), They called me after 2 days that the issue has now been resolved and I can collect my phone, i asked them to check again, which they insured that it has been fixed. When they gave me my phone the battery was drained out completely, they asked me to charge it afterwards and check. When I came back home and checked, the issue was not resolved, still the same issue. They charged me 250 INR for this, moreover I have to drive twice for 2 hours just to collect my phone. BR/Ashutosh Singh

  • Not at all worth the hype
Ashish Ashish (Sep 3, 2016) on Gadgets 360
I am one of the victims of all the hype this phone and internet pundits had created back in October-2015. After having used the phone and compared with its peers, I can tell you with surety that this phone is not at all worth the price or those coveted "invites" and all the hype that followed it. Its Oxygen OS is very poor compared to Cyanogenmod OS. After sales service is a joke. Phone feels like a heavy brick in your hand. BIG LESSON- not just read review, actual physical look and feel is equally important.
