Father of all Ac, which is available in Indian....... unbeatable Cooling.... no noice... best Ac if u able to afford the cost..... fit it & forget. All other companies making fool of customers like less power consumption , fully copper etc... all over electricit bill cost is less as compared to other. Please don't go for inverter Ac if u not have proper earthing in ur house .... it may damage PCV of ur AC .

I owned this product for more than 2 years, It's cooling capacity is superb ever seen in blueStar, Panasonic, Samsung, etc. Similar to this company is Mitsubishi. If you want to go for costliest and maintenance free AC go for Ogeneral and Mitsubishi. lowest power bill without inverter.

its a power back ac i am using this ac since 7 months the cooling performance is excellent compared to other 1.5 ton ac this product is the correct for every house .

1. Product packing & delivery could have been better. Packing was completely damaged due to rain/weather. Supplier could have ensured proper covering of tempo with waterproof sheet. 2. Installation was not carried out as per notes on website. Apart from the standard Rs 1500 installation charges, I was also charged Rs. 2250 for standard 3 m pair of copper pipes & Rs 360 for 3 m power cable whereas on the kit carton it was written that the kit of 3 m copper tubes & 3 m power are is Free with AC and MRP of Rs 1. This is unfair that for free kit I was charged extra Rs. 2610/- 3. After installation AC is working fine.

Product information says - Pipe Length Maximum (Pre-charged): 20 m in Additional Features section. But local service center of O General who has received the AC fixing job (this process was initiated by Flipkart) said I will be charged for everything. Why I should be charged if the cost is included during purchase ? Also, it is not clear whether this type of pipe is Copper pipe or not. If not what is the type of pipe against which I got pre-charged during purchase of product? Why does Flipkart always provides ambiguous information to fool the customers ? Secondly, as per offers during purchase, the EMI is to paid as cashback if EMI tenure is 3 to 9 months. I have purchased this product with 9 months EMI with HDFC Credit Card. I have already received the EMI payment amount and dates from HDFC bank. But I am yet to receive the cash back of INR 2300+ which is to be processed by Flipkart. Flipkart is fooling customers with financial info also along with incorrect product info.
