My sincere advise to all ...Please dont buy Ac's from O-General. Their service providers are very unprofessional and incompetent. The products are of very poor quality. Even they dont give a desirable performance within a warranty period. Total waste of the money it will be.

With warranty coil leakage hone pe koi solutions nhi mil ra hai. 15 Din se part Demanded hai bolte hai. AC quality bahot cheep hai. Costemer ki koi sunwai nhi hai. O General ka AC ghatiya hai.

I am sorry to say that o general ac?s now become very poor. I hv bought the split 3 star ac one month and this ac is not doing any cooling I hv complaint to the dealer many times but no one is coming to rectify it

Worst service.. customer care never respond, local service centre don't attend call, seniors also don't respond.. it's my worst experience with O general... Name bade darshan chote..

Worst AC Company Ever. My Ac has given problems in June one season. I bought tha on 12June2020 and it was used for only 3-4 months last year and this year In June it strated giving problems with No Cooling And MotherBoard issues. That would not get resolved in 3-4 days atleast and you have to suffer in this summer season because have purchased the World's best company ever AC which would not work at all. I would suggest not to go for O'General as this might have been a brand name earlier but not the after sale service and the product quality are becoming worst. No1 would like to spend 40000 for just one year only and think of buying a new one next year because you bought O'General and did the biggest mistake of your life.

The best air conditioner of world is this product no one matches o general it saves electricity as fast cooling in twenty minute and reliable for ten years go for it

I have 10 yr old AC..its acceptional product..pls don't buy for..cheaper AC buyers..Its Ambssoder Product.....Pls don't use Ordinary service door step services for this product.. It's a is unique product..if Original.

i have used general ac's for years in india and abroad and never faced any problem. but their after sale service is very poor. 2 years back i purchased a split ac which had a broken front grill. i took me more then 6 months to get that grill replaced. ac is still working fine. i have requested the company for servicing 1 month ago, but untill now nobody is come. but ac is working fine without any issue

O general is costly when compared with LG SAMSUNG..... but before u buy an AC go to any AC mechanic and see yourself why this AC has higher cost...... See the difference and then you will understand why OGENERAL is incomparable........ 11 years old and works like NEW....... this is one AC which is the best for INDIAN conditions...... designed for 50 Dec C cooling.......

Window AC units trend to be a boy noisy. But this operates well even in high ambient temperatures when most AC units tend to fail.

value of money

Size(height) is bigger than other 1.5 ton window AC...Hence, may not fit everywhere.

Delivered on 27.07.2020. Post inspection i came to know that seller has dispatched a 2018 model which is having a single speed type compressor i.e. non inverter model. On taking up the issue with seller/Amazon, they have quoted that they checked at their end and found that they had sent the product as mentioned description. Also they have nowhere mentioned that they are providing us the inverter AC.In fact they have no where mentioned that its a 2018 non-inverter model. I have bought by considering that seller will provide the latest 2020 model which comes with advanced hyper tropical rotary compressor i.e inverter AC. Still issue is going on with amazon and TT enterprises. Hope for the best resolution by amazon team.

Delivered without remote. Made 3 complaints to amazon. They promised to attend to it and now the return window has lapsed and there is no option to complaint or resolve.

Warranty issues

I'll honestly say it has too much electricity power consumption 3+ units per hour at 18temp , 2 per hourunits on 26 tempNormal ac has less than 1 unit at this price

Remote missing, installation person native didn't took the dimensions & ask us to cut window grills now after checking the window size, window is smaller then a.c

Still awaiting mechanic for installation. Is installation of AC come under the purview of customer?

I can't believe I paid 40k, MUCH more than any other AC in this category, just to get an AC that stopped working as soon as the warranty expired. The General customer service number is redundant, I had to contact Vijay Sales and ask them to file a complaint with the company and ask them to come and repair it. The guy never turned up, didn't even call or message, and next day I get an SMS that the repair person called and no one answered and the appointment was thus rescheduled. Called the Vijay Sales guy again, and then the repair guy came, and diagnosed it as a GAS LEAK. Can you believe it? GAS LEAK in 1.5 years? What a joke. Should have bought a cheaper AC, never have high expectations with big brands.
