O General 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (ASGA18FTTC) User Reviews and Ratings

It is a only worst Air conditioner company I have ever seen in my life. The reason behind is that I had buy a General Split inverter A.C. (which is best in the class) of Rs 65,000 (Total cost with installation is Rs 70,000) because I heard that this is a best company in A.C. product like you. But within less then 2 year duration with a normal home use the fan and PCB board of outdoor unit get defected or not working due to which there is no cooling inside room. These defects tell by company technician which is send by coustmer support. As per technician gas is low in AC so I refilled gas but the problem remain unsolved and now they say the installation of a new PCB of Rs 16000 and again gas refilling of Rs 3500 is to be done without any type of guarantee /warranty on PCB and Gas. It means company wants to earn approx Rs 20000 from coustmer without any liability to their coustmer like a bullshit type third class chinese company. One thing more company don't sell any type of the part of AC in market, so they take desired excessive amount from coustmer. This is a very bad and fraud company.

Recently bought 1.5 ton o general ac. No cooling absolutely.. non existent customer care, after sales service is pathetic, people not ready to listen .. dealers and company are hand in glove. Total fraud company. NEVER BUY

I already buy from shop authorise dealer good cooling just 26 temp and 4 speed run ceiling fan bill reduce power from other ac and best colling

I bought an inverter 1 ton ac two years, now the outer unit absolutely rest and damage, working ok last two years

Don?t buy.. OGeneral has the worst build quality here in India. Had purchased 3 inverter units. Average cooling in all 3 units. Multiple gas leakage in 2 machines. Worst service ever. High prices , low quality .
