Nubia Z17 mini

The Nubia Z17 mini features an attractive metal unibody that’s comfortable to hold. The 5.2-inch display is sharp with vivid colours, and blends nicely into the rest of the frame. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC and has 4GB of RAM, which deliver good performance in apps and games. Nubia UI 4.0 is still based on Android Marshmallow but it does have some Nougat features like split screen mode. Camera performance is a bit disappointing despite the dual 13-megapixel sensors, as the app tends to go a bit overboard with sharpening images. 4K video recording is good but the lack of stabilisation makes for some shaky footage. Battery life is about average as you can expect a little less than a day’s worth of usage.
