As far as the cameras are concerned, the Nokia T20 4G on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Nokia T20 4G is based on Android 11 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 512GB). The Nokia T20 4G is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a Nano-SIM card. The Nokia T20 4G measures 247.60 x 157.50 x 7.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 470.00 grams. It was launched in Deep Ocean colour.

Connectivity options on the Nokia T20 4G include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, USB OTG, Wi-Fi Direct, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the tablet include ambient light sensor and accelerometer.
