HMD Global recently launched two smartphones in India, the Nokia 3.4 and the Nokia 5.4. We have already tested the Nokia 5.4, which scored some points for design but didn't really back that up with performance. When I got to the Nokia 3.4, I wondered if it would feel the same. This budget-friendly model is priced at Rs. 11,999 in India. It has a more modest Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor and a smaller 4,000mAh battery, which might put it at a disadvantage compared to others at this price level, but what it has going for it is the promise of guaranteed software updates, which is rare. Nokia 3.4 Summary

The Nokia 3.4 is a budget offering from HMD Global and is a part of the Android One Program. The body is made out of polycarbonate and has a solid build quality. The display measures 6.39-inches and has a hole punch in the top left corner. It has noticeable bezels all around with the bottom chin being considerably thicker.

HMD Global has picked the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC to power the Nokia 3.4 and paired it with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It offers adequate performance and casual users will find no reason to complain. If you want to play heavy games title, you should be able to do so with the games set at medium settings.

The smartphone is slimmer than the competition and a little lighter since it packs in a 4,000mAh battery inside. The battery capacity is smaller than what the competitors pack, as a result the battery life too is slightly on the lower side. HMD Global has bundled a 5W charger in the box which is ridiculously slow and takes close to 3 hours to top the battery completely.

You get a triple camera setup on the Nokia 3.4 and it is capable of some decent shots in daylight. Lowlight camera performance isn't great. Video recording too felt below average since it lacked video stabilisation.

Lite in weight Clear display No blot ware.. pure Android experience.. Far better than samsung and mi phones for this price No nonsense apps and a special button for Google asist And u even get a free casing if you buy in india..

It constantly crashes, things that should be simple became a chore

The only thing this books is reliable for is driving me mad. All I wanted was a cheap phone that just gets the basic done. I use spotify and read the news in my comute, occasionaly use the camera when I want to remember something (I have a camera for when I want higher quality pictures), use duolingo or play sudoko every now and then. But sometimes in the morning it takes me 10 minutes to even open spotify, because it keeps crashing. The camera also crashes one third of the times when I open it, and often doesn't save pictures. This phone managed to make every simple thing in my life difficult.

MY reminder 5to nokia and HMDGLOBAL, handset is not switching on after an autoupdate and,as per service center nothing can be done ,as issue is hardware not comparable with updated software Esclated the matter to Sanmeet Singh Kochhar,Florian seiche management is not responsible

It is an excellent device specially for gamers who want a device around 10k it's absolutely the choice for you the specs are pretty decent and i believe if the price of the device is 10k for the base variant of 3/64gb then it's perfect. Let's wait and see.
