Most of the items are over price on flipkart . Brought it 56k from the local retailer and DSLR is awesome.

Quite dissapointed with packaging as there were no air covers or bubble packs and worried how the product would have scrumbled during transit.. Though it is f assured and not expected this type of packaging from Flipkart.. Product is genuine n seller retailnet has shipped me Aug 2016 packaged and I placed order on 6th oct 2016 super happy for this n got it for 40k.. Regards to the product I upgraded this from d3100 to d5500 as I am looking for light weight, more iso, focal points n portable.. One can find lot of reviews in net on this so I am not going to talk further on this.. Overall except with packaging happy with seller and genuine product.

The product is just perfect...but flipkart tracking is so bad...product being in my locality..tracking system showed it in transit in some other place

I bought this camera around 6 months ago and i am really satisfied with the camera performance. I have taken many brilliant shots using the nikon d5500 and recorded some videos for short movies. If we talk about the battery performance. i would say its awsm. once i have full charge the camera i do not need to care about the battery for the whole day. So guys if you are looking for a good mid range dslr thn you can definitely go for this one.
