Awesome product! Allowed me to be a gamer plus allowed take my work as a graphic artist home with me and keep up with the demand.

Purchased this computer for my son. He loves it! It was a perfect match for him. It?s only been a month, and he uses it a lot, and we have had no issues with it. We did purchase the protection plan in case.

This is a great computer that has so far been able to handle anything I?ve used it for (gaming, general use). I love how lightweight it is and it all-around is a very sleek looking laptop.

This laptop performs like your home power PC. Yet it's light and compact as well. My only complaint: the keys seem completely flat, so I found it hard to center my fingers, and often hit two adjacent key simultaneously.

So far it seems to run super fast and efficient. I would recommend putting in another ssd for your files though. It is definitely lighter than I expected. I'm happy with this purchase for sure

I got 1060, 512Gb model. Keyboard Layout is great. cooling is great. this is so much underrated.compare to other laptops. this one is flawless. great price. well optimized. no regrets.

This laptop is amazing. Excellent quality of components and construction. Thermals are great, I can play heavy games for hours and it never throttles.

Im so glad i bougth this machine. Its not top of the line technology, there are new models right now on the market. However, its great. Battery last a lot, performance is really good. And best of all, the design is beautiful (for a gaming computer of course). Its portable (for a gaming computer of course)Recommended

Excellent laptop for the price. The screen is quite good - Compared to a Lenovo Legion Y720, this is a much better laptop. Lightweight, bright, excellent graphics.

This laptop was rated #1 on Tech Radar for being the best gaming laptop. I mostly play Fortnite and average around 75 FPS at epic settings. I purchased the Logitech G502 gaming mouse along with the laptop and have been happy with combination. The fans will get quite loud during gaming, so I recommend buying a laptop cooling pad with it.Pros:- Very thin and easy to carry around- Looks nice- Great performance / fastCons:- Computer gets very hot which causes loud fans

It's a pretty great laptop I had to return mine because it makes of really high pitch sound that may bother you it may not but I'm very sensitive to lingering noises so high pitch Fan kind of bothers me and I game a lot so the fans usually in the high pitch state Everything else is phenomenal phenomenal it's beautiful and it plays games well the keyboard has a kind of a shallow input but that can be getting used to.

Amazing computer.

The screen arrived with pitting. It?s not too noticeable while using, but irritating. The battery life is only about 2 hours with light use, worse with heavy graphics. It was good for 6-8 hours when it arrived, but only 4 months later is down to only 2

The laptop initially worked perfectly. suddenly i had a problem with the sdd. Bios didnt recognized it. Went to warranty and they told me that it was a defect.I requested a change and the msi support service was horrible the whole time.Laptoo is quite good (when there is no hardware problem) but i will never buy anything from msi.

Update: After 3 months of use, the laptop is dying. The SSD is reporting errors, and I cannot return the laptop nor can I file a claim with the credit card company. Save your money and buy something else. MSI doesn't stand behind their products, and I won't every buy another MSI product again.---- 1 Month after I bought it:I love using this laptop. The keyboard is responsive, the display is utterly gorgeous, and you have many expansion options with the Thunderbolt 3/USB-C port. The graphics card is solid and can power 4 displays (itself plus 3 external monitors).Some minor gripes: battery life isn't as good as reviews claim; the Thunderbolt 3 port only has a single display channel (no multi-stream support); no USB-C charging and a second power adapter is expensive; I had difficulty getting the HDMI port to work at 4k @ 60 Hz and instead rely on the mini-DisplayPort adapter for this instead.I use the laptop for gaming and work. I tried dozens of accessories for my perfect work/gaming rig. For those who want to power more than 3 external displays, pair it with the USB 3.0 Dell D3100 Docking Station. I also use it with the Anker USB C Hub, 5-in-1 USB C Adapter. If you want a solid KVMP switch compatible with this laptop, use the HDMI IOGear GCS1794 for 4k @ 30 Hz. I haven't found any switch that works reliably at 4k @ 60 Hz.

I really was excited about this laptop. The specs and potability are fantastic.However, I am not sure whether due to build quality or something else, but my new laptop arrived with a noticeable bend in the screen.I could not accept that at the price I was paying, so promptly returned it.

The laptop is nice but searching around the web it appears the fans going out is a pretty common problem. One month after the warranty expired on mine the fans started making a terrible grinding noise.

camera stopped working, trackpad is too far left not centered, fan spins like crazy

Everything was fine except the speaker. I know this is a quite slim gaming laptop rather than usuals so that it heats up immediately, but the speaker suddenly cracked and made a horrible loud snap and static noise for somewhat reason. Indeed, the sound was really horrible, but the sound becomes okay when it plays with the Bluetooth speaker or headphone. I requested the free repair by warranty, and I hope it will be back to me under a normal condition.
