Seriously flawed customer service , and your HW requires an additional SW license (annual fee)

Love the hardware, but if you plan to use your camera, you'll need to spring for an annual license, which is a bit of surprise for a >$4000 machine.Additionally, TriDef, the provider of the license, is apparently inert. My license (fully paid up) stopped working - which means my cam no longer works at all ("unpaid license" displays on the screen, and to those you share video with). I have a video-conference coming up, and have been pinging them daily for help. No reply. Means that I cannot use my laptop for work purposes, basically.MSI customer support is via a web-log - no chat possible, even. They take about 36 hours to reply - and then you have to reply to that and wait. Their less than helpful comments tend to drive me up the wall ("Is your computer plugged in?", "Do you have an internet connection?", "Is your camera turned on?"), especially since it takes 36 hours, minimum, to get a reply to your response to such inanity.
