Unihertz is based in Shanghai and before creating its own products; the company worked with other phone brands in the past to gain experience. The first device the company launched was the Posh Micro X which ran on Android 4.4 KitKat, and had 3G connectivity. The latest smartphone is called Jelly is touted to be the 'smallest 4G Android smartphone' in the market Unihertz's latest mobile launch is the Jelly. The mobile was launched in April 2017. The phone comes with a 2.45-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 240 pixels by 432 pixels at a PPI of 201 pixels per inch.
The Unihertz Jelly is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core it comes with 1GB of RAM. The phone packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Unihertz Jelly packs a 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Unihertz Jelly runs Android 7.0 and is powered by a 950mAh non removable battery.
The Unihertz Jelly is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer and Gyroscope.
