Tecno Mobile is a mobile phone brand that's owned by Hong Kong-based Transsion Holdings, which in 2017 launched another mobile brand in India - Itel. Tecno Mobiles was established in 2006. Tecno's latest mobile launch is the Pova 8 Pro 5G. The mobile was launched in 18th August 2026. The phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1,208 pixels by 2,644 pixels at a PPI of 429 pixels per inch. The Pova 8 Pro 5G is powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate processor and it comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The phone packs 256GB, 512GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Pova 8 Pro 5G packs a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Pova 8 Pro 5G runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6500mAh non removable battery. It measures 162.48 x 77.27 x 7.39 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 189.00 grams. The Pova 8 Pro 5G is a dual SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
