Acquired soon after by Google, Motorola Mobility was sold to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola made its first Android smartphone in 2009, and its first Android tablet in 2011.
Motorola's latest mobile launch is the G75 5G. The mobile was launched in 1st October 2024. The phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2388 pixels at a PPI of 387 pixels per inch. The Motorola G75 5G is powered by octa-core it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 256GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Motorola G75 5G packs a 50-megapixel (f/1.79) + 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Motorola G75 5G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5000mAh non removable battery. It measures 166.09 x 77.24 x 8.34 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 205.00 grams. The Motorola G75 5G is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, Active 4G on both SIM cards, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
