The company announced the ZTE Nubia X6 for the Chinese market, and so far, has not detailed if the phone will make it to the international market. The smartphone is priced in China at CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs. 29,000) for the 32GB storage variant, CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 34,000) for the 64GB storage variant, and CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 39,000) for the 128GB storage variant.
The dual-SIM ZTE Nubia X6 comes with company's latest Nubia UI skinned on top of the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). The handset incorporates a 6.44-inch CGS (Continuous Grain Silicon) IPS display with Corning Gorilla glass protection that offers a 1080x1920 pixels resolution.
The ZTE Nubia X6 device is powered by a quad-core 2.3GHz/2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and an Adreno 330 GPU. There is 2GB of RAM for the 32GB and 64GB variants, while the 128GB variant packs 3GB of RAM. Notably, the ZTE Nubia X6 does not feature storage expandability via microSD card.
The camera options on the Nubia X6 include a 13-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), f/2.0 aperture, full-HD video recording and an LED flash. The phone also houses a similar 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity options on the Nubia X6 include 4G LTE/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), GPS/A-GPS, HDMI, NFC and USB 3.0 with OTG support. Additionally, the smartphone comes with three noise cancellation microphones.
