Domestic smartphone brand Ziox Mobiles on Monday launched the budget Astra Curve 4G smartphone with 3D curved glass back at Rs. 7,299. The Android 7.0 Nougat handset is available in stores now and comes with one-year screen breakage warranty. It can be purchased in two colour options - Champagne and Black - and supports 21 languages and SOS function.
The 4G VoLTE-capable Ziox Astra Curve 4G smartphone features a 5-inch FWVGA (854x480-pixel) display with 3D curved glass. Under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, backed by 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, expandable up to 32GB via microSD cards. The smartphone sports a 5-magapixel camera on the back, and a 2-megapixel camera in front for selfies. Connectivity options in the new Astra Curve 4G include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It comes with a bundled back cover.
Speaking on the launch Deepak Kabu, CEO, Ziox Mobiles, said, "Designed attractive with power packed features, the phone is perfect union of technology, style, and functionality."
At this price point, the Ziox phone will compete against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4 (3GB RAM + 32GB storage), Moto C Plus, and Samsung Galaxy J2.
