The Xolo Q900T is now listed on the company's website without availability details; though, we expect that the company will announce the availability of the smartphone in coming days. The new Xolo smartphone expands the company's Q quad-core smartphone series.
The Xolo Q900T is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs the now dated Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It comes with a 4.7-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD IPS display and offers a pixel density of 312ppi. The official listing notes that Q900T sports 2.5D curved edge-to-edge glass.
It continues the Xolo's Q range tradition and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6589 Turbo) processor with a PowerVR SGX544 GPU, and 1GB of RAM.
The Xolo Q900T comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI sensor, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera features scene detection and tuning, high dynamic, HDR, low light enhancement, face-recognition, vertical and horizontal, Panorama and Geo tagging options.
On the connectivity front, the Xolo Q900T includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The smartphone packs an 1800mAh battery, which according to the official listing, delivers up to 15 hours of talk time and up to 367 hours of standby time on 2G network. The Xolo Q900T measures 133.8x67.6x9.25mm and is available in Black colour.
Earlier, Xolo introduced the successor to the Q1010, the Q1010i, with an improved camera sensor. The Xolo Q1010i was launched at a price of Rs. 13,499 in April.
