Xiaomi's Mi Note 2 smartphone has been making waves in recent weeks thanks to a flurry of leaks. The Chinese company has already scheduled an event in China on October 25, where it is expected to announce the Mi Note 2 smartphone. Additionally, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun recently teased that the upcoming Mi Note 2 will "have a surprise." Now, a leaked slide, said to be from a Xiaomi presentation, gives pricing details of the unannounced Mi Note 2.
According to the leaked slide, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be priced at CNY 5,699 (approximately Rs. 57,000) and go on sale in China from November 1. If the leaked price turns out to be true, then the Mi Note 2 will be the most expensive Xiaomi smartphone ever.
Based on preliminary leaks, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is rumoured to pack the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. The handset is also said to pack 128GB of inbuilt storage and come with QHD screen. The alleged Mi Note 2 is also expected to have a variant featuring a full-HD display, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. It is rumoured to sport a 21-megapixel dual rear camera and pack a 3600mAh battery.
Recent leaks have suggested a bezel-less display, instead of a dual-edge design that was tipped earlier.
