Microsoft's Windows 10 Mobile (which will replace the Windows Phone platform) might be set to launch around the end of September, hints a leaked presentation slide.

Neowin has obtained an alleged Microsoft presentation slide where the firm has detailed its plan for the release of various Windows 10 editions to one of its partners alongside the Windows 10 Mobile release date. According to the leaked slide (see below), Microsoft will make the Windows 10 Mobile SKUs available "late next quarter."

Two high-end Lumia smartphone are expected to be revealed later this year. Currently codenamed 'Cityman' and 'Talkman', both the Lumia smartphones are said to be targeted at the premium segment. We can expect Microsoft to launch both the handsets as the platform lead devices for Windows 10 Mobile.

The Redmond giant recently confirmed that Windows 10 would hit the market on July 29. The company also clarified that Windows 10 will be available to existing Windows users free of charge. This would mean that users who use PCs or laptops running Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 for free, within a year of the launch of Windows 10, which is set for July 29.

The company also had announced that Windows 10 Home would be available at $119 (Rs. 7,500 approximately) and Windows 10 Pro will be priced at $199 (Rs. 12,600 approximately). However, these prices were for the US market and Windows 10 is likely to be priced differently in India and other regions. There's no official word yet on the India pricing for Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro.
