Wiio has launched a new smartphone in India, the WI3, priced at Rs. 7,499. The new smartphone will be exclusively available via Snapdeal from Friday.
The Wiio WI3 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It supports a regular SIM and a Micro-SIM.
It comes with a 5-inch (540x960 pixels) qHD IPS display with a pixel density of 240ppi. The Wiio WI3 is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MTK6582) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The smartphone features 8GB of inbuilt storage with expandability via microSD card (up to 32GB). The WI3 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard.
On the connectivity front, the Wiio WI3 offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The smartphone packs a 4000mAh battery. The firm adds the smartphone comes with a free flip cover and back cover.

The firm in January launched its Wi Star 3G smartphone, priced at Rs. 3,999. The handset's specifications are slightly lower than the Wiio WI3.
