The Vivo V11 Pro India launch event has kicked off in Mumbai, marking the entry of the company’s next-generation V-series model. Vivo claims it accounts for 60 percent market share of the Rs. 20,000-25,000 segment thanks to the V9, signalling the new model will be priced around Rs. 25,000. The Vivo V11 Pro will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor that is 50 percent more accurate than that of Vivo Nex and will be manufactured domestically as part of the company's Make in India efforts. Paigham Danish, Product Manager, Vivo India is on stage to unveil the Vivo V11 Pro in India. The smartphone has screen-to-body ratio of 91.27 percent, 6.4-inch full-HD+ display with a small Halo FullView Display, and FunTouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The back panel has a Starry Night and Dazzling Gold colour options, and 3D curved back design.
Vivo V11 Pro has a 12-megapixel (f/1.8 aperture) + 5-megapixel (f/2.4 aperture) dual camera setup on the back with dual LED flash and Dual Pixel technology, while the selfie camera has 25-megapixel sensor and f/2.0 aperture. FunMojis are part of the package, allowing users to have a personalised animated avatars that they can share with friends. The smartphone will come with Snapdragon 660 AiE SoC, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, Game Mode 4.0 for an immersive gaming experience, dual engine fast charging that charges the 3,400mAh battery quickly.
The Vivo V11 price in India is Rs. 25,990, and it will go on sale in the country on September 12, with pre-orders starting today. Launch offers include Rs. 2,000 cashback from HDFC Bank, Rs. 4,050 cashback from Jio, and one-time free screen-replacement.
