Spice has introduced its latest budget Android smartphone for the Indian market, the Smart Flo Mettle 3.5X. The smartphone is now available at an online retailer for Rs. 3,549.

The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) based Spice Smart Flo Mettle 3.5X runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and supports dual standby. It comes with a 3.5-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 320x480 pixels.

The Smart Flo Mettle 5X is powered by a dual-core 1GHz MediaTek (MTK6572M) processor alongside 256MB of RAM. The smartphone sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also includes a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It includes 512MB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

The Smart Flo Mettle 3.5X include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and Micro-USB connectivity options. Unfortunately, it does not support 3G connectivity. It packs a 1500mAh battery. The smartphone is now available at Saholic.

In December, while announcing the Smart Flo Mettle 5X, Spice promised that it would announce the Smart Flo Mettle 4X and Smart Flo Mettle 3.5X soon. However, the domestic handset maker is yet to officially launch both the devices in India.

The Spice Smart Flo Mettle 4X was available at an e-commerce website at Rs. 4,299 in December last year. The Spice Smart Flo Mettle 4X (Mi-426) is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device with dual standby support and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It features a 4-inch TFT LCD display with 480x800 pixels resolution. The new budget smartphone from Spice is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor (unspecified chipset) and comes with 256MB of RAM.
