Sony Xperia Z3 and other products are expected to make an appearance at Sony's event at IFA, Berlin.

Of course all that may change when the Xperia Z3 is actuall announced by Sony.
Also expected to be launched at the event is the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. Several purported specifications of the anticipated Xperia Z3 Compact have been doing the rounds of the Internet - these include a 4.5-inch 720x1280 pixel display; a quad-core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC processor; an Adreno 330 GPU; 2GB of RAM; a 20.7-megapixel rear camera, and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera; 2600mAh battery.
The third smartphone is rumoured to a budget offering dubbed Xperia E3, which could retail between $200 (approximately Rs. 12,000) and $300 (approximately Rs. 18,000). The Sony Xperia E3 is tipped to feature a 4.8-inch 720x1280 pixels (HD) display; a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, between 1.5GB to 2GB of RAM.
The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact may also make an appearance as 'the thinnest and lightest waterproof tablet in the world at just 6.4mm thin.' The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is said to feature an 8-inch 1080x1920 pixels (full-HD) display along with a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and 3GB of RAM.
Sony is also expected to unveil two wearables at the event - the Sony SmartWatch 3 and SmartBand Talk.
