We have already seen the alleged Sony Xperia Z1 smartphone in multiple leaked images and official teasers. However, we are now privy to a gallery of high-resolution images of a White and Black model of the phone, thanks to a Chinese site, 365dian. The site has posted various images of the upcoming flagship from Sony that reveals the overall design and showcases the device in its full glory.
We can see the 3.5mm headphone port at the top while the charging port, power button and volume controls can be seen on the sides. The bottom panel presumably houses the speaker grill while the back reveals the rear camera that flanks a single LED flash. The image also show the alleged 20.7-megapixel rear camera to include G lens with 1/2.3 printed alongside. The official teaser image spotted earlier only revealed the rear camera with G printed on the back. The new leaked images appear to be of a dummy model as it shows 'Xperia Z1 L39h' printed on the display, notes Xperiablog.
While the latest leaked high-resolution images of the Xperia Z1 show the White and Black model, we are also expecting a purple version of the device.
Recently, a report suggested that the device will be officially unveiled at an event in India on September 18.
The report also claimed that India may be among the countries where the device will be launched within two weeks of its global announcement. However, there is no official word from the company on the expected pricing and availability of the Xperia Z1, yet.
Earlier, Sony in a bid to keep the level of interest in it's much talked about device up before its expected IFA launch, teased its upcoming flagship smartphone on Twitter.
