Samsung launches Galaxy S II Crystal Edition

If you have been waiting for a crystal studded Galaxy S II, you are in luck as Samsung has just announced the Galaxy S II Crystal Edition. This smartphone features a back cover clad in white leather finish along with 129 Swarovski crystals.

Company plans to showcase it at the upcoming IFA fair and this limited edition smartphone will go on sale in October for 599 euros in Germany. There is no word on the release of the phone in other countries.

Samsung Galaxy S II Crystal Edition comes with the same specifications as the original Galaxy S II, which include Android 2.3, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4.27-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and 1650 mAh battery.

Originally announced in May 2011, Samsung Galaxy S II had crossed the 20 million sales mark in February this year.
