After weeks of speculation, the Samsung Galaxy S III specs are finally out thanks to Amazon Germany.

According to the website, the Samsung Galaxy S II successor will feature a 4.7-inch screen, a 12-megapixel camera and will retail for 599 Euros (inclusive of VAT).

Full specifications courtesy Amazon Germany:
  • 4.7-inch Super AMOLED touch-screen with 16 million colors
  • 12-megapixel camera with auto focus, LED Flash and face detection
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System
  • 16 GB of internal memory, expandable to up to 32 GB

As reported earlier, the phone is officially expected to be unveiled by Samsung in London on May 3.
