Samsung, soon after launching the Galaxy J7 Prime and Galaxy J5 Prime in the country, is gearing to launch a new smartphone, the Galaxy On8. The upcoming smartphone has been teased by Flipkart on social platforms and will be exclusively available via the online retailer.
The Big Billion Day that kicks off on October 2 may see the Samsung Galaxy On8 as one of the products available during the sale. The dedicated sale page lists the Galaxy On8. Unfortunately, not many details about the new Samsung smartphone are known at the moment.
One of the teasers from Flipkart confirmed that the Galaxy On8 will feature a Super Amoled display with a full-HD screen resolution. We may soon hear more about the Galaxy On8 smartphone.
Launched last week, the Galaxy J7 Prime and Galaxy J5 Prime have been priced at Rs. 18,790 and Rs. 14,790 respectively.
Both the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime feature S Power Planning, which is a reserve battery technology for when the battery is running low, and S Secure, which allows users to lock/ hide apps, and more. The company has also announced a Vodafone bundled data offer for Galaxy J7 Prime and Galaxy J5 Prime customers, wherein they pay for 1GB of data and get 9GB of data free over three months.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and J5 Prime are the upgraded versions of the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016), and the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) featuring fingerprint sensor on the home button in addition.
