Samsung has been spotted rolling out the stable Android Pie update for Galaxy Note 9 users. The update is reportedly rolling out in Germany users for now, and should roll out for other markets soon. The company was expected to roll out Android Pie for Samsung Galaxy Note 9 users on January 15, but the rollout appears to have begun ahead of schedule. The update comes after beta testing the version for a while, and all those on the last beta can now update to the stable version. The South Korean company started pushing the same update for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ users last month itself.

SamMobile reports that Samsung Galaxy Note 9 users are receiving the Android Pie update in Germany. The report states that the software version for the stable Pie update is N960FXXU2CRLT and it also brings the January 2019 security patch. The update is rolling out only in Germany via OTA, and it may take a while before all users get it. For all those who are on beta, the update size for them is only 95MB, which means that the last beta and the stable update will have very few changes.

If you are a Galaxy Note 9 user and reside in Germany, head to Settings > Software Update to check for the new update and click on Download and Install to get Pie on your device. According to Samsung, the company is bringing the brand new One user interface (UI) with the Android Pie update to its devices. The One UI has been designed to make the experience natural and comfortable for one-handed usage. In addition, the phones will get Android 9 Pie base features like app actions, gestures, smart replies, better notification management, and more.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ owners, who have received the Pie update, are haven't a great time as some of them are facing battery drain issue and others are dealing with Bixby 2.0 related problems.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 are slated to receive the update in February, and Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ users are slated to receive it in March.
