Samsung is expected to release the Galaxy Note 7 early August, and leaks surrounding the phablet are in abundance. The latest one touts that the Note 7 will have a 5.8-inch display with dual curved screen, and a 4000mAh battery. The report also reveals that unlike last year, this year the Note phablet will be launched in the Netherlands market.

Last year, Samsung did not launch the Galaxy Note 5 in Netherlands; however it looks to launch the Galaxy Note 7 in the market this year. GSMHelpdesk reports that the Galaxy Note 7 will sport a 5.8-inch dual-edge display with 2K (2560x1440 pixels) resolution. It is expected to run on a slightly faster Exynos processor (previous rumours however also hint at a Snapdragon 823 SoC), paired with 6GB of RAM. There is a 12-megapixel rear camera pegged, and a Dual Pixel setup in the front. There's also an expected 4000mAh battery on board.

The report also claims that the Netherlands market will get the Note 7 as early as the second or third week of August. The expected unveil date of the phablet is said to be August 2. The price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in Netherlands is rumoured to be at EUR 799 (roughly Rs. 62,000).

The latest rumours also suggest that Samsung will ditch the flat variant, and only launch a single Galaxy Note 7 model with curved display. A separate report from Korea's ETnews reveals that the Amoled displays for the Galaxy Note 7 will be made by three companies - Samsung SDI, Dow Chemical, and Idemitsu Kosan. The report claims that Samsung SDI will supply the 'phosphorescence green host', while Dow Chemical will ship the red material, and Idemitsu Kosan will produce the blue one.

The Galaxy Note 7 is tipped to also sport an iris scanner that will enable users to unlock the smartphone just by looking at it. will enter mass production in July, and one million units are expected to be made for first phase.
