Samsung Galaxy A24 5G, the South Korean giant's purported upcoming A-series smartphone, has been subjected to a latest tip that seems to suggest the camera, battery, and charging specifications of the upcoming 5G smartphone. The latest tip suggests that the Samsung Galaxy A24 5G smartphone will feature significant improvements over its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A23. To note, Samsung Galaxy A24 was spotted on BIS certification site, hinting at the imminent India launch. The company is also working simultaneously on other A series smartphones — Galaxy A14 and Galaxy A34 smartphones.
According to a report by GalaxyClub.nl, the purported Samsung Galaxy A24 5G smartphone could feature a triple camera rear setup. This is expected to be led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, followed by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. The 5G smartphone is not expected to house a depth sensor, added the report.
In terms of rear camera specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A24 5G smartphone doesn't seem to have any significant improvements from its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G. However, for selfies, the upcoming 5G smartphone is expected to sport an improved 13-megapixel camera, compared to the 8-megapixel selfie camera seen on the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, added the report.
The Samsung Galaxy A24 5G smartphone is said to come with a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. However, the 5G smartphone is reportedly not expected to include a charger out-of-the-box.
The report also adds that the purported 5G smartphone from Samsung could be launched in the global market soon. However, the report predicts that users in Europe will have to wait longer to get their hands on the Samsung Galaxy A24 5G smartphone.
It is important to note that Samsung has not made any official announcements around the purported Samsung Galaxy A24 5G smartphone yet.
