Realme C2 is reportedly set to arrive alongside the Realme 3 Pro on April 22. The new Realme phone would be the successor to the Realme C1 (2019) that was unveiled just in January this year. Realme hasn't announced any formal details around the Realme C2. However, it is said that the new model will come with a MediaTek Helio P22 processor and have an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The Realme C2 is also reported to come with ColorOS 6.0 out-of-the-box.
According to a report by 91mobiles, the Realme C2 will be launched in India alongside the Realme 3 Pro on April 22. The Realme C2 is said to have a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC instead of the Snapdragon 450 SoC available on the previous Realme model. The phone is also said to have a larger, 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor over the 5-megapixel sensor available on the Realme C1.
Similar to the Realme C1 (2019) that was debuted earlier this year with dual rear camera setup, the Realme C2 is said to sport a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The phone will also run ColorOS 6.0 and include a 4,230mAh battery if we believe the rumour.
The Realme C2 is also expected at around Rs. 8,000. To recall, the Realme C1 is available at Rs. 6,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model, while the Realme C1 (2019) with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration is available at Rs. 7,499 and its 3GB RAM variant is priced at Rs. 8,499.
Last week, Realme confirmed the launch of the Realme 3 Pro. The company also released recently released some camera samples to suggest enhanced low-light capabilities on the new model.
