Gadget Helpline has posted some images of the alleged Sony Xperia Honami smartphone that reveal the design, form-factor and the user-interface of the device.
The images that have been posted on the site, suggest that the Xperia Honami phone follows the same design complete with squared edges and corners seen in the Xperia Z, Xperia ZL and Xperia ZR devices, launched earlier this year.
An image shows the right side of the Xperia Honami phone sporting the round power key, volume rocker keys and the physical camera key. The back panel includes the camera with a flash at the top right side. Another image shows a speaker grille at the bottom.
However, nothing has been confirmed officially by the Japanese giant yet. The device has now been spotted a number of times on the Internet revealing alleged specifications and form factor.
The phone is rumoured to come with a 5.0-inch full-HD display. It's expected to be powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM. The device is said to feature a 20-megapixel Exmor RS camera that is expected to sport a Sony G-lens and BIONZ image processor. The phone is also expected to feature a 2.0-megapixel front facing camera. It's likely to include a 16GB internal storage and a 3000mAh battery. The device is said to run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
Meanwhile, Sony is also rolling out its new flagship smartphone, Xperia Z Ultra globally. The company launched the device for selective markets in June and is now making the device available in all markets. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is available in India through an online retailer at a price point of Rs. 44,990.
