Android-revolution-HD blog has published first screenshots of the alleged Sense 5.5 UI which shows off some of the new modifications to the UI, including option to enable or disable BlinkFeed.
Also onboard is the option to re-arrange the content on Quick Settings panel, enhanced HTC keyboard with option to add more emoticons, camera UI additions - 'Dual Capture' and 'Panorama+', improved storage and recent apps panel and new categories in HTC's BlinkFeed. Also included are minor changes to the alarm clock and the update is also likely to bring more custom topics in BlinkFeed tab.
The site further claims that the alleged Sense 5.5 UI update would also bring performance and bug fixes for HTC smartphones.
Sense 5.0, a brand new UI for HTC's smartphones, was first seen on HTC's flagship smartphone, the HTC One. Sense 5.5 would be the biggest update to the UI since.
Unfortunately, there's no word on possible rollout of the HTC's Sense 5.5 UI but it's likely that the company might introduce the new UI along with the rumoured HTC One Max, as reported earlier.
Meanwhile, HTC officially sent invitations for an event scheduled on October 16 in Hong Kong, where it's expected to finally unveil the One Max smartphone-tablet hybrid.
HTC recently rolled out the Android 4.2.2 update for HTC One X and One X+.
