The Panasonic P11 comes with a 5.0-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. The camera department includes an 8.0-megapixel auto-focus camera accompanied by a LED flash at the back and a 1.3-megapixel front camera. The internal memory stands at 4GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB with the help of microSD card. The yet to be launched Panasonic P11 supports dual SIM functionality (GSM+GSM) and also includes a 2,000mAh battery. The device also sports changeable back covers.
Another device that has been spotted on the online retailer's website is the Panasonic T11 with a 'coming soon' tag. It features a 4.0-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. On hardware front the device is backed by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. Other features include a 4GB internal storage that can be expandable up to 32GB via microSD card and comes with 1,500mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The Panasonic T11 is expected to be a mid-segment device.
Panasonic has been a late entrant to the Indian market. The company launched its first smartphone, Panasonic P51 for the Indian market a few months back. The company promised to launch a series of smartphones across different price ranges, and with the P11 and T11, it seems to be living up to that.
