Oppo has launched the Neo 3 (R831K) budget smartphone in India, and has made it available via its recently announced retail partner Flipkart, as well as via retail stores across the country, priced at Rs. 10,990.
The Oppo Neo 3, which can be considered the successor to the Oppo Neo, was announced for India by the company via the Oppo Mobile India Facebook page, with the tagline "Neo 3 now available in stores", and the caption "In stores now Oppo Neo 3, another gem in out portfolio."
The smartphone has been listed on the company site and is available to purchase on Flipkart, where it is listed as the Oppo Neo R831K.
The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) supporting Oppo Neo 3 features the same specifications as the Oppo Neo when it comes to camera, processor, screen size and display resolution. Both the smartphones feature a 4.5-inch display with a FWVGA (480x854) screen resolution, a dual-core 1.3GHz processor (unspecified), and a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash alongside a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Oppo Find 7 was launched alongside the Find 7a in June, though the former only became available on retail shelves in July.
