Oppo had announced its flagship smartphone, the N1, which sports the company's N-Lens series, amidst much fanfare in September this year. However, the company did not reveal the pricing of the Oppo N1 for markets other than China.

Now, the company has finally announced the availability and pricing of the Oppo N1 for US and European markets, saying that it will be available from December 10 at $599 (Rs. 37,300 approximately) in the US, and 449 Euros for European markets.

Oppo confirmed the release date and pricing through its Google+ page, "This is what you have been waiting for. The Oppo N1 will be available for purchase starting from December 10, 2013." However, the company has not revealed whether the pricing is for 16GB or 32GB model. Further, there is also no word whether the N1 smartphone would support CyanogenMod OS, as Oppo announced that the international variants of the smartphone would run Color UI (Oppo's proprietary OS based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean), and will also have the ability to flash CyanogenMod directly from stock recovery.

Specifications on the Oppo N1 include a 5.9-inch IPS display with a 1080x1920 pixel full-HD resolution and a 377ppi pixel density; a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor; 2GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of inbuilt storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, and a 3610mAh battery.

The biggest highlight of the Oppo N1 is its camera, which can rotate up to 206 degrees and can lock at any angle.
