While the Chinese manufacturer is little over a week away from launching its Oppo Find 7 smartphone (which has a 19 March 2014 launch date), its design seems to have been revealed in a leaked image (see above).

The leaked image was mistakenly showcased by the global design directory, Red Dot, in a product gallery ahead of the smartphone's launch. The image was later pulled by the design directory. The image shows the smartphone from the front and back. The front features a slim design with three capacitive touch buttons on the bottom, and what seems to a front-facing camera and earpiece. The rear of the smartphone visibly features Oppo branding in the centre, and a camera with LED flash.

Although the Oppo Find 7 was previously rumoured to have a 50-megapixel camera, the camera sensor in the image seems to be quite small. This leads us to believe the smartphone will in fact arrive with something along the lines of a 13-megapixel camera, though perhaps in the announced full-HD variant.

The rather outrageous rumour of 50-megapixel camera is still doing the rounds of the Internet, with another set of high-resolution photos allegedly taken from the Oppo Find 7. All the photos are large size files between 8 to 10MB each. Earlier, Oppo had published a 6120x8160 pixel (9.7MB) sample image on its Chinese social media account, which has resolution matching a 50-megapixel camera image.

As confirmed by the company, the Oppo Find 7 will launch in two variants, one with a Quad-HD (1440x2560 pixel) display, and the other with a full-HD (1080x1920 pixel) display. From the above leaked image, it is hard to tell which one of these we can see.

So far, the Chinese manufacturer has been teasing the Oppo Find 7 on its different social media platforms ahead of the smartphone's launch on 19 March 2014.

Till date, apart from the display variants, there are very few confirmed specifications for Oppo Find 7. The Quad-HD variant is known to feature a 5.5-inch display at 538ppi, expandable storage and 4G LTE connectivity. The company will also debut a new 'Touch On Lens' feature.
