The Obi Racoon S401 is now available via an online retailer priced at Rs. 4,190, while the Obi Fox S453 comes at Rs. 5,418.
Earlier this month, Obi listed the two Android smartphones, the Racoon S401 and Fox S453, without revealing their prices or availability details.
The Obi Racoon S401 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device that supports one regular SIM and one Micro-SIM. It runs the Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box, and features a 4-inch (480x800 pixels) WVGA TFT display.
The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek (MT6572) processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
The Racoon S401 sports a 5-megapixel rear fixed-focus camera accompanied by a LED flash, while a 2-megapixel front camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.
The smartphone packs a 1500mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time, and up to 180 hours of standby time. The Obi Racoon S401 measures 126x64.7x10mm, weighs 109 grams and is listed in just White colour.
The Obi Fox S453, also a dual-SIM smartphone (regular SIM + Micro-SIM), runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It comes with a 4.5-inch (480x854 pixels) FWVGA TFT IPS display.
The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek (MT6572) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The Obi Fox S453 comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
It sports a 5-megapixel rear fixed-focus camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. The Obi Fox S453 comes with 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth connectivity options.
The Fox S453 packs a 1600mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 180 hours of standby time. It measures 131.7x64x9mm and is also listed in just White colour.
