Motorola has officially lifted the wraps of the much leaked Atrix HD. It sports a 4.5-inch display with 720x1280 resolution, 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 1 GB RAM.

The Micro-SIM sporting smartphone comes with 8GB internal storage, expandable by another 32GB via the microSD slot. A 8-megapixel rear camera, capable of 1080p video capture is included, as is a front-facing HD web cam. A unique feature of the phone is three microphone audio capture, compared to the two microphones found in most smartphones. This makes for more effective noise reduction during calls.

The effect of the Google acquisition can be seen in the Atrix HD, with the phone's interface looking more or less like stock Ice Cream Sandwich. Sadly, despite the Google connection, there's no Jelly Bean for the Motorola Atrix HD.

The phone also includes other standards like proximity and ambient light sensors, Wi-Fi, GPS, HDMI-out, Bluetooth and a 3.5mm audio jack. The 4G/ LTE capable phone comes with a 1780 mAh battery that delivery 9 hours of talk time.

Motorola Atrix HD will be available in US starting 15 July for $99 (on a contract). It will also be available in Canada as the Motorola Atrix HD LTE. No word on India price or availability yet.
