Moto X (Gen 2) 32GB to Go on Sale in India on Monday

Motorola is all set to release the 32GB variant of the Moto X (Gen 2) in India on Monday.

While, the company's official online partner Flipkart has listed the device as "Coming on December 22 with exciting offers", it doesn't reveal the price or offers for the upcoming 32GB Motorola Moto X (Gen 2).

Update: The price has now been confirmed as Rs. 32,999

As yet, Flipkart has listed only two variants of the 32GB Moto X (Gen 2) - Royal Blue and Black.

In September, Motorola had launched the 16GB Moto X (Gen 2) in India at Rs. 31,999. The smartphone had shipped with Android 4.4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box, but earlier on Saturday the company announced that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the smartphone is rolling out.

Moto X (Gen 2) features a 5.2-inch (1080x1920 pixel) OLED display with a pixel density of 423ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Moto X (Gen 2) is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974-AC) processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.25 lens with 4K video recording and dual-LED ring flash, as well a 2-megapixel front-facing camera capable of 1080p video recording.

Connectivity options on the Moto X (Gen 2) include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 80211.ac, Bluetooth 4.0LE, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 140.8x72.4x9.97mm, and weighs 144 grams. It is powered by a 2300mAh battery.
