The official teaser shows the yet-to-be-launched Canvas Knight's branding and a 'coming soon' tagline at the end of the video.
Notably, we first heard about the Micromax Canvas Knight in January this year. The highlight of the Canvas Knight is the anticipated octa-processor (unspecified chipset and clock speed) that powers the device, according to earlier leaked specifications.
Other purported specifications of the Canvas Knight include 32GB of inbuilt storage, 2GB of RAM, 16-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The Canvas Knight is also said to come with a 5-inch full-HD display and is rumoured to sport a 7.3mm-thin profile. Previous leaked details claim that the Canvas Knight will come in a Gold colour variant. Unfortunately, there has been no word on the Android version of the Canvas Knight.
Earlier this month, Micromax expanded its Bolt smartphone series and launched the Bolt A068. The latest smartphone from Micromax is now available on company's online store at Rs. 6,490. The smartphone's most highlighted feature is its predictive typing and unique custom fonts in 20 different languages.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone that runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. The Bolt A068 features a 5-inch display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572M processor alongside 512MB of RAM.
The Micromax Bolt A068sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and also includes a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. The smartphone come with inbuilt storage of 4GB and can be expanded up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. The Bolt A068 packs a 2000mAh battery, which according to the official listing delivers up to 7 hours of talktime and up to 230 hours of standby time. The Bolt A068 comes in two colours - Blue and White. It also offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS and 3G connectivity options.
