Micromax seems to be gearing up to launch a new Bolt-series smartphone in India, the Bolt A067, if information from an established retailer from Mumbai is to be believed. So far, no announcement has been made by Micromax.

Announcing a price of Rs. 3,899, retailer Mahesh Telecom on Thursday in a Facebook post claimed that the yet-to-be-announced Micromax Bolt A067 is currently available in the market. The Facebook post was accompanied by two images - one showing the handset and another some specifications.

According to the Facebook post and its accompanying image, the dual-SIM Micromax Bolt A067 runs Android 4.4 KitKat, features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) display. It is powered by an unspecified dual-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, alongside 512MB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of built-in storage along with expandability via microSD card (up to 32GB).

Also onboard the yet-to-be-announced Micromax Bolt A067, according to the Facebook post, is a 2-megapixel rear focus camera, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and 1300mAh battery. Not much else is decipherable from the Facebook specifications image, apart from GPRS/ EDGE connectivity. As seen from the image of the phone, the device will feature capacitive navigation buttons for settings, home, and back.

Micromax earlier this week announced a new smartphone called the Canvas Selfie.

The popular handset maker, as of now, has not revealed the pricing; though it confirmed that the Micromax Canvas Selfie would be available via online and offline stores starting the second week of January.

The company stressed that the new Canvas-series smartphone has been designed for the image-conscious women. The highlight of the Micromax Canvas Selfie is its 13-megapixel front and rear cameras that are both accompanied by LED flash modules and Sony sensors.
