A new leak corroborating recent reports has claimed that LG-made Nexus smartphone will be launching on September 29. In addition to the launch date, the new leak also suggests that the long-rumoured LG Google Nexus 5 (2015) may be unveiled as the Nexus 5X.

Android Authority reports that the new Nexus smartphones will go on sale starting September 29, in line with a recent report, and will be available via the Google Store. The report also claims that the new Nexus 5X will be priced more than the original Nexus 5. It will be launched at $399 (approximately Rs. 26,500) for the 16GB model, while the 32GB will cost $449 (approximately Rs. 32,999). To recall, Google Nexus 5 was launched in India back in 2013 at a starting price of Rs. 28,999 for the 16GB and the 32GB variant at Rs. 32,999.

The report adds that the Huawei-made Nexus smartphone will also be made available on the same day. About the official naming, the report also suggests that Google is yet to finalise it.

Other details tipped by the report include a fingerprint scanner on the back panel LG-made Nexus that will be circular in design. The primary camera will be protruding out and will be housing on a raised bar on top of the rear, as seen in leaked images so far, accompanied by dual-LED flash. The report claims that the LG Nexus 5X will be available in Black, Blue, and White colours.

In separate news, a new LG premium handset dubbed G4 Note (aka LG G4 Pro) has been rumoured to be in the works. A report emerging from Korea tips that the new LG G4 Note will be unveiled on October 10 and will basically feature same set of specifications as the LG G4.

Tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer of Nowhereelse.fr has leaked an unannounced LG handset that has appeared on the Chinese certification site, Tenaa. Dubbed LG 'V', the handset is seen sporting a front-facing camera embedded in the display. As of now, not many details about the LG's alleged G4 Note and LG 'V' handsets are available.

For the Nexus smartphones, we will have to wait till September 29 to see whether Google unravels the new Nexus devices.
