The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus was launched alongside the Lenovo Vibe K5 in Barcelona. The only difference between the two smartphones is in the display resolution and SoC. The Lenovo Vibe K5 was priced at $129 (roughly Rs. 8,800), whereas the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus costs $149 (roughly Rs. 10,200). The company is expected to price the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus in sub-Rs. 10,000 segment in India.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus and Lenovo Vibe K5 offer support for dual-SIM and 4G LTE connectivity and will come in Silver, Grey, and Gold colour options. The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus has a 5-inch IPS LCD full-HD display (1080x1920 pixels). It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 octa-core SoC with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It also houses a 13-megapixel rear-camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing sensor.

The handset supports dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and Micro-USB 2.0 connectivity options, is backed by a 2750mAh battery and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
