The biggest highlight of the new A67 smartphone is it sports a front-facing LED flash alongside the 2-megapixel camera.
The Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Lava A67 is a dual-SIM supporting smartphone that features a 5-inch IPS display with a WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution and a pixel density of roughly 196ppi. The handset is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor (unspecified) clubbed with 512MB of RAM.
The smartphone includes 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The A67 sports a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash. It is backed by a 2000mAh battery which is rated to deliver a standby time of up to 170 hours.
Connectivity options of the Lava A67 include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, Micro-USB 2.0, and GPS/ A-GPS. It measures 145.5x72x9.2mm and weighs 154 grams.
Lava last month launched two smartphones namely the A72 and A76. Both the 4G supporting smartphone were priced at Rs. 6,499 and Rs. 5,699 respectively. The company had also announced that it will launch the A89 smartphone in the coming weeks at Rs. 5,999. All three smartphones ran Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box, pack a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 1GB RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. The Lava A72 and A89 were also said to receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in future.
