Karbonn has rolled out A29 for the Indian market and has priced the device at Rs. 8,990. The company has not launched the device officially but it is available through online retailers like Saholic.

The Karbonn A29 features a 4.7-inch qHD display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. It sports an 8.0-megapixel rear auto-focus camera with LED flash and a 2.0-megapixel front camera for self-portrait shots. There is a 4GB internal storage available in the device which can be further expanded up to 32GB. It is a dual SIM (GSM+GSM) device with dual standby support. Other features include FM Radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, GPRS and EDGE. Backing the device is a 2,000mAh battery. It runs Android 4.1.

Recently, Karbonn Mobiles has been on a launching spree, introducing multiple smartphones in the Indian market across various price segments. These include the Karbonn Titanium S9, Karbonn Smart A27+ and Karbonn A50.

The Karbonn Titanium S9 features a 5.5-inch HD display and comes equipped with 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and comes with dual SIM (GSM+GSM) support. The device includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera. Company's new flagship device carries of price tag of Rs. 19,990.

Another device launched earlier this month is Karbonn A50 which sports a 3.5-inch HVGA display and is powered by a 1GHz processor along with 256MB of RAM. It includes 512MB internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB. The device runs an old Android version, 2.3 Gingerbread. It also supports dual SIM (GSM+GSM). It has a 3.0-megapixel rear camera but misses out the front camera. The Karbonn A50 is a budget Android device that comes with a price tag of Rs. 3,890.

The Karbonn Smart A27+ features a 5.0-inch qHD display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels. It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM. It supports dual SIM (GSM+GSM). On the storage front, the device comes with 4GB storage on board, however only 2.55GB is user accessible, though it can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It also houses an 8.0-megapixel rear camera and a secondary camera at the front. There is a 2,000mAh battery. It comes at a price of Rs. 8,999.
