The Karbonn A25+ appears to be the successor to the Karbonn A25, which was launched in May last year.
The Karbonn A25+ runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It offers dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support and features a 5-inch display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution, translating to a pixel density of 245ppi.
A dual-core (unspecified) processor powers the smartphone, clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 512MB of RAM. The Karbonn A25+ sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard.
The Karbonn A25+ comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, AGPS, EDGE, and GPRS connectivity options. While there is no word on the 3G network support in the A25+.
The Karbonn A25+ is backed by an 1800mAh battery and is currently available at Snapdeal in White colour variant.
Earlier, Karbonn's budget smartphone, the Titanium S1 Plus was available on an online retailer at Rs. 5,749. The Titanium S1 Plus is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone that runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. It comes with a 4-inch display with a WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution.
In March, Karbonn launched three Android smartphones in India, one hexa-core and two octa-cores: the Karbonn Titanium Hexa (Rs. 16,990), Titanium Octane (Rs. 14,490), and Titanium Octane Plus (Rs. 17,990).
